South Australia Restrictions
As of 6:00 pm 20th July 2021, South Australia goes into a seven day lockdown
The seven-day stay-at-home order means you can only go out for five reasons:
- To provide care or for compassionate reasons:
- For essential work.
- For the purchase of essential goods (see below for what is regarded as essential).
- For medical reasons, including vaccinations and testing.
- For exercise, limited to 90 minutes per day, within 2.5 kilometres of your home and with people from the same household only.
You are not able to leave your home to visit your partner who lives at a different house.
Masks must be worn in shared indoor public places, on public transport, at health care services and in high risk settings such as residential aged care facilities.
What is Essential Work
The level five list of essential workers can be found here. (see list below). ICB remains comfortable that payroll duties can be performed within a COVID-safe environment but if you can do this from home you must.
More information about the restrictions will be released soon and we will provide an additional update at this time.
