Online Services for Agents
In addition to the normal scheduled maintenance, the ATO are undertaking extended maintenance this weekend to improve Client Communication History (CCH). This will affect access to CCH, the Notice of assessment in CCH and Lodgment history screens, and the Client and Practice mail functionality within Online Services for Agents (OSfA).
These functions will be unavailable from 11:30pm Friday 30 April to 7:00am Monday 3 May AEST.
Access to payment plans will also be unavailable from 10:00pm Saturday 1 May to 8:00am Sunday 2 May AEST.
The ATO encourage professionals to access any client information they might need over the weekend before these times.
