It’s been a year since we have been able to personally connect, and we miss you all. Join us for great food, reconnection and collaboration with colleagues, partners and senior members of the ICB Team. These hands-on, face-to-face sessions, to be held in each state, will be guided by a senior ICB team host who will introduce workshop and networking activities and lead discussions that stem from the virtual event experience.

Optional Bonus Face to Face Workshops
In association with the virtual event, there are optional bonus face-to-face workshops – “Opportunity Meets Connection” – to be held in each state. These events will not be a duplication of the virtual event.
Join us for great food, reconnection and collaboration with colleagues, partners and senior members of the ICB Team. These intimate hands-on, face-to-face sessions, to be held in each state, will be guided by a senior ICB team host who will introduce workshop and networking activities and lead discussions that stem from the virtual summit event experience. Each participant will receive a workbook to complete and take home.

Dietary Requirements – Important Note
At the time of booking your place for the workshops, we ask that you also note any special dietary requirements you might have. Please note that the venues have advised that they can only cater for gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and pescatarian as per the venues’ instructions. We cannot guarantee that any other special dietary requirements can be met. We require all special requests to be made within 10 days prior to event.

The Australian Bookkeepers Summit 2021
- The ticket holder acknowledges that all notifications of cancellations must be confirmed via email to and by admin@icb.org.au prior to the event.
- The ticket holder acknowledges that in relation to events hosted in an online, or virtual environment, which may contain live or on demand content enabling real time interaction with speakers or facilitators, where the presentation of such content is subsequently available in a recorded or pre-recorded format accessible to the ticket holder for a period of no less than 14 days, no refunds for cancellations or non-attendance will be offered.
- If you wish to cancel your ticket to the Virtual Summit event and/or the Virtual Summit event and the Opportunity Meets Connection workshop combined:
- prior to the end of the early bird date for the event, you will be entitled to a full refund and any pre-approved access to the events will be removed.
- after the early bird date but more than fourteen days before the commencement of the Virtual Summit event, we will charge a cancellation fee of $45 per event and we will provide a refund for the remaining amount and any pre-approved access to the events will be removed.
- within fourteen days of the commencement of the Virtual Summit event or otherwise do not use your ticket for the event, no refund will be paid or credit will be offered and any pre-approved access to the events will be removed.
- If you have attended the virtual event or have not cancelled your ticket to that event in accordance with the terms and conditions above, but wish to cancel your ticket to the Opportunity Meets Connection Workshops:
- prior to the end of the early bird date for the workshop event, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- after the early bird date but more than fourteen days before the workshop event, we will charge a cancellation fee of $45 per event and we will provide a refund for the remaining amount paid.
- within fourteen days of the workshop event or otherwise do not use your ticket for the event, no refund will be paid or credit will be offered. If you are a member of ICB, an electronic copy of the Summit event manual will be provided to you. If hard copy of the Summit manual is required, it can be requested at admin@icb.org.au.

Resolution of Complaints
- We will in good faith attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute with you as quickly and amicably as possible. · You may notify a complaint or dispute to us at any time by sending an email to us at admin@icb.org.au
- If you wish to make a complaint or raise a dispute regarding Fees, you must send us an email within 30 days of such Fees being paid by your Payment Method.
- In the event that you do not raise any complaint or dispute in relation to an amount of Fees within 30 days of payment, we will take this as your acknowledgement that the Fees are fair and reasonable and as a waiver of your right to dispute them.
CPE
Virtual Event – After attending the virtual event, at the end of March you will receive confirmation of the amount of CPE that you have earned from that event. Each event session that you engage in will be allocated CPE hours based on the length of that session. This will mean that the more sessions that you engage in, the more CPE hours you can earn. Not all on-demand content will have CPE hours accredited to them. You will be required to add this CPE to your CPE register following your participation and upload a copy of the CPE confirmation.
Opportunity Meets Connection Workshops — This counts 4.0 hours towards your CPE requirements. You will be required to add this CPE to your CPE register following your participation in the workshop.
CPE earned for these events will not automatically be added to your ICB CPE Log.
