HI 

My clients have been on JK but are now not eligable for JK2 , if they have a 30% decline in OCT - DEC are they then able to re enrol and get payments for JAn - March 

Also most of my clients have the 10% decline but i cannot see what benefits they get ,

I also want to know if an employee was receiving job keeper working for an eligible employee between March and July, then moved to another employer in August - that was also enrolled in Jobkeeper - would they be eligible for jobkeeper with their new employer?
