TPAR Rejected by ATO

I have lodged a TPAR reports previously for my clients without any issues, but the last 2 TPAR reports lodged has failed with reason "Please contact your AUSkey Administrator. This type of file is not able to be sent by the AUSkey holder".  i originally set up the Auskey as an Administrator, has there been changes to the auskey. I have gone into the Auskey Manager and cannot see any issues.

Can any one advise

Hi Judy,

Are you using a 'standard auskey' or 'Administrator auskey'?  The standard may have limitations.

In any case, I'd suggest you call 1300 AUSkey (1300 287 539).  Their technical support people are very helpful.

I have read your TPAR reports are saw errors in these reports that needs to be fixed as soon as possible otherwise it will create more problems for you during your work. You can get dissertation help service and I hope you will be able to resolve errors of these reports as soon as possible.
