Who's Who at ICB?

Matthew Addison – Deputy Chairman

ICB Australia’s founding Executive Director. Tax Agent, Accountant by background and training, CA, FICB, previous Member of Tax Practitioners Board. Represents ICB as a member of ABR Strategic Advisory Council, Australian Tax Office Tax Practitioners Stewardship Group, BAS Agents Advisory Group, Single Touch Payroll Advisory Group, Small Business Stewardship Group. Matthew continues as a Director of ICB and also has been recently appointed as a Director of COSBOA (Council of Small Business Organisations Australia). Previously an Accountant / Tax Agent in Practice RSM Bird Cameron 1986 to 1993 and then established and developed Addisons Accountants until 2008.

Amanda Linton – Chief Executive Officer & Director

Amanda was appointed as CEO of ICB in 2017. Previously appointed as a Director of ICB in 2010, Amanda has extensive experience in the ICB journey to date, in addition to her history of Bookkeeping including being a sole trader and also running a multi-person bookkeeping practice in two states. In recent years Amanda has been a part of Freedom Connect Systems, a bookkeeping and training firm, including a bookkeeper mentoring service. Amanda is a registered BAS Agent and was a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards in 2008. She continues to represent ICB and the Bookkeeping community at various consultative forums and works with Matthew Addison, our Executive Chairman, for the continuing operational growth and development of ICB.

Rick Van Dyk – Chief Development Officer

Rick joined ICB in April 2010 after working with MYOB for over 6 years as Account Manager for M-Powered Services, Education Specialist and Marketer for Professional Partners Australia and New Zealand. Prior to working with MYOB, Rick worked for 5 years for a management firm specialising in the leisure and entertainment industry firstly as a Payroll Manager (payroll of over 1,300 employees), then as the IT Manager. Prior to that Rick spent 17 years working in a service based business.

Rob Marshall – Support & Resources Manager

Rob has been in the bookkeeping profession for over 30 years. A registered BAS Agent, with an Associate Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) and a previous trainer of the Cert IV Financial Services (Bookkeeping), Rob has been an MYOB Certified Consultant for over 20 years. His experience stems from working with his own business in consulting, training and bookkeeping. Rob’s role at ICB extends into support, resources, product training, workshops, reviews and webinars.
