Technical Support Initiatives & New Partner Tools! I’m very excited to announce that since 1 June 2006 MYOB has been providing extended hours of technical support from 7:30am AEST to 9.30pm (AEST) to ensure that we’re never more than a call away. We are also launching remote assistance and a brand new way to access support notes! MYOB Technical Support  I’m sure you’ll find the new search engine both powerful and user friendly to navigate and I look forward to telling you more about some of the features in more detail next month.
