Amendments to Workplace Regulations Feb 2007 |
Employers should be aware of changes to the Workplace Relations Regulations 2006. Enforceable from 27 March 2007, the changes will affect your record keeping and pay slip requirements.
If you employ staff, you will be required to keep records that:
-
allow the basic periodic or piece rate of pay to be determined for employees
-
allow protected award conditions to be determined
-
show employees' leave accrual, leave taken and entitlements
-
relate to superannuation contributions or leave agreements made with employees.
