As mentioned the ATO is aware of the problem via BAS Agent Portal, missing clients, work around is to:
- Search for client via ABN on Portal Home page - client details then appear
- Add the client, again.
Client directory search – no result: A small number of users cannot access their client list via the ‘client directory’ screen in the Tax agent portal.
Action Required: This is a known issue and is under investigation. If you experience this issue use the TFN search. Navigate to the home page and perform a search using TFN/ABN.
