Significant work has continued over the Christmas period in an effort to restore our online services. The performance of our core services continues to improve and we are bringing other functions and tools back online every day.
The following online services for agents are now functioning:
- BAS and Tax Agent Portals
- Electronic lodgment service (ELS)
- Electronic Commerce Interface (ECI)
- File Transfer and Bulk Data Exchange (BDE)
- Australian Business Registrations (ABR)
- Access Manager (AM)
We are still experiencing intermittent issues with SBR2 and the Practitioner lodgment service (PLS).
The complexity of the restoration means there is more work to be done to return our services to normal. You may experience some disruptions to services as this work is undertaken.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Reconciliation
EFT Reconciliation reports issued today contain information for refunds processed on 29 December, 30 December and 3 January. However these refunds will have 3 January 2017 as the pay date in your trust accounts. This issue will also occur tomorrow as we work to complete our processing backlog.
