GOVERNMENT NEW LEGISLATION � DRAFT RELEASED TODAY

The draft new legislation that includes the sections around the BAS Service Provider has been released today.

A few FACTS

1) It is draft legislation � not law

2) BAS Service Provider status IS NOT REQUIRED for everyone

3) We will provide you with a practical information pack in the next days

4) ICB will be providing an access to all components required for you to be a BSP if it is appropriate for you.

5) Don�t panic

6) If you hear anything about how this is being applied or what it means that you want to check out please send us an email � we will be happy to clarify.

7) Don�t rush into anything

A professional bookkeeper is not necessarily a BAS Service Provider.
