Minimum weekly wages

Level 1 - Year 2   657.60
Level 1 - Year 3   678.30
Level 2 - Year 1 Responsible but 686.20
Level 2 - Year 2 Follow guidelines 699.00
     
Level 3 Some special or Non-routine 724.80
     
Call centre principal customer contact specialist   730.00
     
Level 4 Provide advice 761.00
     
Level 5 Experienced/qualified 792.00
     
Call centre technical associate   867.50

At the top level, that amounts to $22.00 per hour plus all entitlements

Highlights

  1. Casual employees have a loading of 25% to cover annual leave, personal leave, public holidays etc
  2. Notice of termination 1 week for workers with less than 1 year service, 2weeks for 1 – 3 years, 3 weeks for 3-5years and 4 weeks for longer
  3. Employee notice period above is the same as the employers obligation, if notice is not given employer must payout or employer withholds the amount from any payment due.
  4. Notice of termination is increased by 1 week if employee is over 45 and worked for more than 2 years
  5. You may direct employees to take annual leave if they have excessive leave or for an annual close down
  6. You can vary the award by using and “Award Flexibility Agreement”
