From the ATO in relation to how we get into the Portals
Over the weekend of 8 and 9 September 2012, the Access Manager (AM) system will be released.
You will use AM to manage access and permissions for the Tax Agent Portal, BAS Agent Portal and Business Portal instead of online access manager (OAM) within your portal.
AM offers new functions, including easier navigation and the ability to copy access and permissions across multiple people rather than doing each one individually. Your current OAM permissions will automatically be copied over.
We will let you know that AM is available via a key update on the home page of your portal. You will be able to access AM using a link within your portal or directly from our website.
