Online exams Level I, Level II and Level III and at least two Statements of Experience from a client, employer or accountant (at least 12 months experience in Australia as a bookkeeper is also required) and a copy of your CV and you will also be required to complete and return the Member Certification Statement which you can download here

Contact details of two accountants who we can contact on your behalf who are willing to complete a detailed competency assessment regarding your bookkeeper work and a copy of your CV and verification of at least 12 months experience in Australia as a bookkeeper and you will also be required to complete and return the Member Certification Statement which you can download here

Bookkeeping Relevant Qualifications under two years old and at least two Statements of Experience from a client, employer or accountant (at least 12 months experience in Australia as a bookkeeper is required) and a copy of your CV and you will also be required to complete and return the Member Certification Statement which you can download here
**Associate Members in Practice must provide proof of their Professional Indemnity Insurance
**Associate Members in Employment must provide a letter from their employer confirming employment

Fellow
|
Fellow of ICB represent an ICB Member of good standing for 10 consecutive years and you will also be required to complete and return the Member Certification Statement which you can download here

Each membership level of the Institute indicates a level of competency of the bookkeeper. As the bookkeepers advances their knowledge and experience, they may upgrade their membership level from Affiliate -> Associate -> Member.
Accountant referals, employment statements and experience statements from family members will not be accepted.
