Registration cancellations policy
2012 CONFERENCE CANCELLATIONS
- All cancellations are refundable up until 14 days prior to the event.
- Member Cancellations are accepted & refunded up to 7 days prior to the event by email – non members who cancel up to 7 days prior are not given a refund
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non refundable, however a copy of the manual and recording will be sent to the individual after March 22nd.
- Should anyone wish to cancel more than 14 days prior to the event they can be given the choice of a refund OR partial refund & post conference pack
