Receipt Bank converts those annoying bits of paper - receipts and invoices - into data that businesses and bookkeepers can use. Meaning no more data entry for you or your clients.
Receipts and invoices can be submitted on the spot via an iPhone or Android app, by email, by post or by a number of other submission methods. Receipt Bank then extracts the key data including supplier name, date, invoice number, currency, tax, total amount and more. All data is safely stored in Receipt Bank for 7 years in line with ATO requirements but it can also be downloaded into Excel or PDF, used to create expense reports or published directly to one of our accounting software partners, with document image attached.
Working with bookkeepers, accountants and with small businesses, Receipt Bank has been developed to make the gathering, storage and processing of receipts and invoices as easy and as cost effective as possible.

Partners are assigned a dedicated Account Manager to assist with the selection of their first three clients and ensure they are utilising Receipt Bank to the fullest.
